Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about Blowdry.
Most blowdrys take 30–45 minutes for short to medium hair; longer or thicker hair may require 60 minutes. Adding thermal curls adds about 10–15 minutes. Your stylist will confirm timing when booking to ensure adequate appointment length.
Yes. Every Blowdry includes a salon-grade shampoo and conditioner selected for your hair type. Our stylists choose products to enhance shine, manageability and protection; if you have preferences or sensitivities, let us know and we'll accommodate them.
Our stylists use controlled heat, professional tools and heat-protectant products to minimize damage. Proper technique and quality products reduce stress on the hair. Avoiding daily high-heat styling and scheduling regular trims helps maintain hair health long-term.
Yes — thermal curls are available for a $10 add-on. They create lasting shape and volume; please mention your preference when booking so we can allocate extra time. Thermal curls work best on hair prepared with conditioner and heat protection.
Longevity depends on hair texture, length, and environmental factors. Generally styles last one to four days; using smoothing serums, anti-frizz products and sleeping with a silk pillowcase extends life. For special events, schedule a same-day appointment for peak freshness.
You don't need to wash beforehand — our service includes a professional shampoo and conditioner. Arriving with dry, unruly product buildup can affect results, so if your hair is heavily styled or oily please mention it when booking for best outcome.
