I got Balayage hair color done from this salon and they did a tremendous job. Elena asked for my preference and explained the process really well. She was able to exactly replicate the look I wanted. I valued her recommendations as she is a well experienced professional. She did a great job. Her daughter Sahar assisted and made amazing curls (see my picture :)). She was extremely sweet and polite. It was delightful to see mother and daughter working together. They are fun. Although they more of look like sisters :). The salon is beautiful, clean and they had great equipments. The Christmas tree was a cherry on the top. The location is really prime as it’s located in Palo Alto downtown next to the Apple Store. It’s at 30 second walk from 2 parking lots. The garage has 3 hour free parking and the open parking is free for 2 hours (Mon - Friday) until 5 pm. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go back to this salon! Feeling pampered! :)...more
